The job-holder will be required to perform the following duties.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the business development department
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry, and maintain, check and collate petty cash claims
- Make travel arrangements for the business development team
- Maintain office supplies for the department
- Attend to customers’ written and call-in queries
- N-level with a good grade in English or Nitec Certificate in Business Services
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in English
