Responsibilities

The job-holder will be required to perform the following duties.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the business development department
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Perform data entry, and maintain, check and collate petty cash claims
  • Make travel arrangements for the business development team
  • Maintain office supplies for the department
  • Attend to customers’ written and call-in queries

Qualifications

  • N-level  with a good grade in English or Nitec Certificate in Business Services
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint  
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient in English
