Business Development Manager
We are looking for a high achieving, energetic, confident, sales-oriented Business Development Manager to develop new business accounts and generate revenue growth and to grow on-going revenues from existing clients.
You have a huge potential to grow our business, leveraging on our reputable branding in the region. This role will be suited for a highly motivated, independent self-starter with proven sales track record in the sale of customized research, consultancy and training solutions.
You should be sales target-motivated with a passion to meet customers’ requirements. Ability to manage the entire sales process from beginning to end, using a consultative sales approach, would be an advantage.
Training and mentorship on our suite of solutions will be provided.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional degree
- 2-4 years of solid experience in sales of consultancy, research and training services
- Proven background and good sales track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in effectively engaging and presenting to clients at senior management level with good knowledge of their business needs
- Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients across various industries
- Must be able to quickly understand the client, their requirements, products and industry.
- Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating and sales closing skills
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English Language, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu (for Malaysia)
