Career Opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the research team (e.g. set-up of room/equipment, preparation of refreshments for visitors, prepare documents for payments, manage webchat, note-taking, report generation).
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings / events and attend to visitors in the office.
- Assist in logistics management for temps (e.g. assignment/return of equipment).
- Booking of resources (e.g. calendars, internal/external meeting rooms, equipment, flights and accommodations).
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Business Development, Finance, HR, Design).
- Ensure that equipment is operational (e.g. repairs, maintenance, management of inventory and evaluating new equipment).
- Management of external vendors (e.g. courier, letter shopping, translation, printing, lucky draw prizes).

- Minimum "O" levels and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Initiate contact with new leads through cold calls, emails and digital campaigns (EDMs).
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Conversion: Respond swiftly to inbound leads, qualify prospects and move them quickly through the sales funnel.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and position our Consultancy, Training and Research offerings as compelling solutions.
- Proposal & Tender Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft persuasive proposals and tender responses.
- Presentations & Pitches: Deliver impactful sales presentations (both virtual and in-person) to decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and contribute to forecasting.

As a Corporate Trainer, you will design and facilitate engaging soft skills programmes for professionals across a wide range of industries. Every client is different, so you'll work closely with organisations to understand their challenges, customise learning experiences, and deliver workshops that create measurable business impact. You'll also have opportunities to continually develop your facilitation skills while working alongside an experienced team of learning professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led soft skills training programmes.
- Facilitate workshops using experiential learning methodologies, discussions, simulations and experiential activities.
- Meet with clients to understand their organisational needs, learning objectives and desired outcomes.
- Customise training materials, case studies and activities to suit different industries and audiences.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Evaluate participant learning, gather feedback and prepare post-training reports where required.
- Keep abreast of workplace trends and continuously enhance training content, facilitation techniques and learning methodologies.
- Contribute to the design and development of new learning programmes and training resources.
- Days: Monday to Friday (training schedules may vary)

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office, client sites and virtual delivery)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- ACTA or ACLP certified.
- DACE or DDDLP certification will be an advantage.
- Experience delivering corporate soft skills training.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles to different learner groups.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital learning tools.
