About the Role:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Initiate contact with new leads through cold calls, emails and digital campaigns (EDMs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Conversion: Respond swiftly to inbound leads, qualify prospects and move them quickly through the sales funnel.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and position our Consultancy, Training and Research offerings as compelling solutions.
  • Proposal & Tender Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft persuasive proposals and tender responses.
  • Presentations & Pitches: Deliver impactful sales presentations (both virtual and in-person) to decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and contribute to forecasting.

About the Role:

At Beacon, we believe every data point tells a story. We are looking for sharp Research Assistants to turn our client’s data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with clients from the initial stage of the project all the way to presenting the final results with a confidence level that even statisticians envy!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Questionnaire Design: Craft surveys that collect data worth analysing.
  • Data Collection: Whether through surveys, interviews or observational studies, you will ensure we gather high-quality data that meets the highest standards of validity and reliability.
  • Statistical Analysis: You will dive deep into the data pool to calculate the mean, median and mode, and unleash regression analysis, ANOVA, and other statistical techniques to find meaningful trends.
  • Report Writing & Presentation: Compile your findings into clear, compelling reports that even a layperson can understand (while your statistical colleagues will admire your p-values and t-tests). Then, present your results to clients with poise and a 95% confidence level.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive. Join our team and play an important role in our day-to-day research operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking minutes and transcribing focus group discussions.
  • Assisting in report preparation (pivot tables, charting, etc).
  • Conducting desktop audits on research fieldwork.
  • Preparing for briefings, project launches and meetings.
  • Coordinating with external parties (e.g. freelancers, respondents and vendors).
Work Schedule:
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: In-office
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels.
  • Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); second language is an advantage.
  • Prior market research or research administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Especially Excel functions (e.g. pivot tables) and basic data handling.
