Employee Engagement Surveys
Beacon’s Employee Engagement Surveys help organisations gain meaningful insights into the experiences, perceptions, and aspirations of their employees. Through carefully designed research programmes, we provide leaders with a clear understanding of what drives engagement, commitment, and performance across the organisation.
The insights generated are translated into practical and actionable recommendations that support stronger leadership, improved employee morale, enhanced retention, and a more engaged workforce. The result is a clearer roadmap for building a workplace where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to organisational success.

Strengthening Employee Retention and Employer Attractiveness
The Challenge
A leading organisation in the learning and education sector was operating in an increasingly competitive talent market. Faced with growing competition for skilled educators and professionals, the organisation sought to strengthen employee retention while enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice.
Although management had introduced various initiatives to support employees, there was limited visibility into the factors that most influenced engagement, commitment, and long-term retention. The organisation wanted to better understand what employees valued, what challenges they faced, and what would motivate them to build their careers within the organisation.
Our Approach
Beacon deployed its proprietary Employee Engagement Survey (EES) Framework to assess employee perceptions across multiple dimensions of the employee experience. The study examined key areas including leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, communication, career development opportunities, recognition, workplace environment, and overall engagement.
Through a combination of quantitative measurement and in-depth analysis, we identified the underlying drivers of employee satisfaction and commitment, as well as areas where employee expectations were not being fully met.
Outcome
The study uncovered several critical insights that challenged existing assumptions and provided management with a clearer understanding of the factors influencing employee retention and attraction. Based on the findings, Beacon worked closely with the organisation to develop targeted initiatives aimed at strengthening employee experience, enhancing career development pathways, improving communication, and reinforcing its employer value proposition.
These initiatives helped the organisation build a more engaged workforce, improve employee retention, and strengthen its ability to attract quality talent in a highly competitive industry. More importantly, the research provided a data-driven foundation for making strategic workforce decisions and creating a workplace culture that employees were proud to be part of.
